During the month of September, the Azure Back to School community event showcases a large number of Azure related videos and blog posts from community members.

This year for my contribution, I decided it would be an opportunity to look back at one of the areas of Azure that is surprisingly more complex than it may first seem. In this video I cover the different access tiers available in Azure storage accounts, look at moving between those access tiers, the cost considerations and using life cycle events. All with the view of optimising our costs.
